Most people try to summarize the whole video, so they end up with one generic post, or nothing at all. LinkedIn doesn't reward a recap. It rewards one clear idea told well. So take one transcript and get three posts out of it, each carrying exactly one idea.

Turn one lesson into a short list someone can use today. Tie it to one moment in the video, not everything the video covers.
Line 1: [Name] spent [time or effort] on [activity] and still missed [result].
Line 2: The fix was not more [obvious tactic]. It was these [number] checks.
Pick one scene. It doesn't have to be your story. Show what they believed, the moment that changed it, and the advice that came out of it.
Line 1: "[Short quote from the video]."
Line 2: That was the moment [Name] stopped believing [old belief].
